E4mc Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and terms governing the use of the e4mc platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the e4mc platform through our website or mobile application, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use e4mc's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and e4mc as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
The e4mc platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the e4mc platform. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. e4mc reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents such as a national ID or passport for verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the e4mc support team immediately.
Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users agree to use the e4mc platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technological means to exploit the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, account manipulation, or any action intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and e4mc reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the e4mc platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). e4mc supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
Deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. e4mc is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by user error or third-party banking institutions.
Withdrawals are subject to the identity verification requirements set by e4mc from time to time. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified, depending on the selected payment method. e4mc reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is suspicious activity that requires investigation.
Any funds held in an account that is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of e4mc's internal investigation.

E4mc provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or freedom from technical errors. e4mc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Users access the e4mc platform entirely at their own risk. e4mc is not responsible for any financial outcomes or losses arising from betting or gaming activity on our platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the e4mc platform, including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interface elements, is the property of e4mc and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from e4mc.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the e4mc platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
